​Chad's career in restoration began under the guidance of his father, a respected master in the trade and founder of Smokebusters and Stacy's Carpet which was located in Elizabethton, TN.

From an early age, he worked alongside him, learning the craft of fire, water, and smoke restoration firsthand.
